| About the Process
Digital Art, in terms relating to my body of work, is a process utilizing computer software programs as the core creative tools to create entirely original images. This work is distinctive in that there is no in-sourcing of other media such as photography—all objects are individually and independently structured in a three-dimensional virtual space and finalized using two-dimensional applications. Once rendered, the work is color-corrected and printed directly onto canvas using archival inks and coated with a UV protectant. Creating in this manner and solely overseeing the output affords me complete control over the creative process and allows countless options for experimentation.
